	PRODUCTS SUPPORT TECHNIQUE SASSOON Cut/Care/Finish is the first professional line that has been specifically designed to support beautifully cut hair. The SASSOON Creative Team's vision in designing Cut/Care/Finish was for a range that honestly and purely supported their philosophy on hair and their cutting techniques. This vision resulted in a unique design process, and a remarkable line-up of products.
	PHILOSOPHY REINFORCED The SASSOON Salons and Schools around the world were asked to input into the design process. At the outset, they were asked to identify their favourite products, past and present. The feedback was not notable to two reasons: first, the similarities in favourite products from every part of the business and second, the small number of products on each list, confirming the consistency of the SASSOON philosophy. From these "best-in-class" benchmarks, a working line hypothesis was developed, and a period of extensive formulation development began.	TESTED AROUND THE WORLD A dedicated SASSOON Care/Finish development team set to work collaborating on formulations that would meet and exceed the benchmark products. Once a sufficiently promising development line-up had been completed and laboratory tested, samples were distributed for realpworld testing in the SASSOON Salons and Schools from LA to New York, and London to Berlin. Incorporating their feddback led to further testing. Finally, after fine-tuning on photographic shoots and in the salons and schools, 15 formulations were signed-off as completing the line-up.
